Once you make the decision to join, follow the steps below to activate your membership. Review the steps below and follow to active your membership.
1. Click on the Join Now link and pay your Membership Fee.
NOTE: Enrolling with a Promo Code
a. If you have a Promo Code that wave your membership fee and adding only one (1) vehicle, enroll using the Membership Monthly Fee link and input the code in the Note Section.
b. If you are adding more than one (1) vehicle to your membership, send us an email FIRST with the Promo Code Number in the Subject line, let us know how many vehicles and we'll provide you with an invoice that covers all your vehicles.
2. After receiving your payment, we'll send you a welcome letter with your membership number. Provide us with the information below for the covered vehicle(s). If you are having more than one vehicle covered, provide the vehicle information for each vehicle.

3. After receiving your membership number, you can pay your Membership Monthly Fee. Your waiting period and benefits doesn't start until you make your Membership Monthly Fee!
4. After the 30-day waiting period, if you have a problem with a covered item or service follow the steps below.
a. Contact us and let us know what problem your vehicle is experiencing.
b. We will provide information to resolve the problem if we think it's a problem you can handle. If not, we will notify the mobile mechanic that will contact you.
c. If the mobile mechanic is not available in a timely manner, you can take the vehicle to a certified mechanic shop and have the vehicle repaired.
d. Send us a copy of the invoice within 7-days and we'll reimburse you 10% of the labor cost, plus the set amount for the covered item within 48 hours.
5. If you are traveling and experience a problem with a covered item, follow the steps outlined in 4 (c and d) above.
NOTE: Please save all receipts or invoices that must be submitted within 7 days for reimbursement. Scan and email to support@driveeasyclub.com. If scanning is not available mail to Drive Easy Club P.O. Box 11304, Daytona Beach, FL 32120.
Membership: Your membership must be active for the covered vehicle to receive service. If payment is not received within fifteen (15) days after the due date, service will be suspended. After thirty (30) days your membership will be cancelled. If your membership is cancelled and you request to rejoin, you will pay a $50 reinstatement fee.
All reimbursement requests MUST be submitted within 7-days, and we’ll provide a refund within 48 hours of receiving your request. If reimbursement request is not received within seven (7) days of service/repair, your request will be denied.
