HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

  Once you have made the decision to join us, it’s a very simple process to become a member and receive service. Your membership is not active until you have paid your membership fee and your first monthly membership fee. There is a 30-day waiting period following your first payment.

1. Click on Join Now link and choose which option you would like to use in paying for your membership. 

    a. One-time payment of $100

    b. Three (3) monthly payments ($35, $35, $30)

2. Provide us with the information below and will be assigned a member number:

NOTE: You must provide the vehicle information for each vehicle you intend to add to the membership. Each vehicle will require a monthly fee for service.

3. After receiving your membership number, you can pay your monthly fee. During your 30-day waiting period, we’ll schedule to have your initial vehicle inspection. You will receive a copy for your records and can request one ever six months. 

4. After the 30-day waiting period, in the event you have an emergency or need service you will contact your assigned adviser. Your adviser will set an appointment for the mobile mechanic to take care of your issue or put you in direct contact with him/her

5. If you have a problem with your vehicle that is not covered by your membership, contact your advisor for them to make an assessment if it can be handled by the mobile mechanic. If it’s a problem beyond the scope of the mobile mechanic, we can research the best option for you, negotiate with a repair facility on your behave and refund you 15% of the cost.
